We care about our customers: For more than 25 years, United Road has focused relentlessly on customer success, anticipating how we can best serve each of our more than 10,000 customers. In 2022, we launched a customer portal. This platform lets customers transparently track their vehicle shipments from the order through delivery from any device at any time.
Lead with technology: Technology benefits our customers and company and is part of everything we do at United Road, from operations to safety to maintenance or sales. We use automated load-building tools, a state-of-the-art machine learning pricing tool, and artificial intelligence to proactively identify break-downs before they occur.
Solutions lead to sales: The automotive and finished vehicle logistics industry is challenging and exhilarating. We focus on finding innovative approaches to moving loads, and we do this by working with our partners and customers. The goal is to keep our carriers loaded and to move more vehicles as efficiently as possible. Driver retention and attraction are essential to fulfill customer expectations. We introduced a guaranteed pay program to give carhaulers peace of mind, a new incentive system where they can earn more than the previous plan, an annual recognition award, and a new benefits portal.
Deliver with the most scale and efficiency: In 2022, United Road grew share in every category we compete in—and we compete in every category from new, remarketed, and enclosed transport of specialty vehicles by our Pilot Transport division! Our diversity is our strength. We have a dedicated team of professional company carhaulers, a network of Independent Contractors, and more than 5,000 valued third-party carrier partners who find and self-assign loads on our Haully platform 24/7. We are grateful to our customers for their trust and partnership. We value our maintenance team and professional carhaulers for being Driven to Deliver every day in all kinds of weather and circumstances.
